MAGNETHOSPITALITY

WORKPLACE HOSPITALITY · EST. DENVER

Your building should be the magnet.

Tenants are guests now. We put genuine hospitality inside your building — real hosts, real events, amenity floors run like a fine hotel — and report it like the leasing tool it is.

How a program comes to life

the running order, same every time

i.Walk the buildingSpaces, tenant mix, what leasing needs. We scope from the property, never a template.
ii.Design the programCalendar, staffing, amenity operations, budget — approved by you before anything launches.
iii.Staff & launchHosts hired and trained to a written standard, backed by the bench from day one.
iv.Produce relentlesslyTent-poles, series, pop-ups — photographed for your leasing library as we go.
v.Report like marketingAttendance vs building population, utilization, fill rates — monthly, in numbers asset management can use.

The buildings that win the next decade of leasing are the ones where the program is synonymous with the building.

Questions buildings ask us

What does a tenant experience company actually do?

We run the human side of a building: on-site experience managers who host tenants daily, a produced calendar of events and pop-ups, amenity and conference spaces operated to hotel standard, and the reporting that shows asset management what it all earns. One partner, one program, one invoice.

How is Magnet different from a concierge company?

Concierge firms staff a desk. We produce a program: brand-activation-grade events, a national staffing bench behind every on-site team so coverage never gaps, and marketing-grade reporting. And the program, data, and vendor relationships stay yours.

What does tenant programming cost?

Programs are scoped to the building: headcount, spaces, event cadence, and markets. Most run as a monthly management fee plus reimbursed on-site payroll and an approved event budget. Tell us about the property and we'll return a scoped plan within a few business days.

Which markets do you serve?

Denver and San Francisco today, run deep rather than thin — with a national staffing network behind both when a portfolio goes further.

Can you work inside our existing tenant app?

Yes. We integrate with HqO, Building Engines, and whatever platform your buildings already run, rather than forcing another app on your tenants.
